Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of LinkedIn AI Assistant (the “Extension”), a Chrome extension provided by VisionsCraft, operated by Visions Craft (“we”, “us”). By installing the Extension or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payments, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues receipts and refunds. Purchases are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms.
2. Plans and billing
- Free plan — available at no cost with the limits shown on our pricing page.
- Premium — $9 per month or $79 per year (USD; applicable taxes may be added at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the extension (License tab → Manage Subscription) or by contacting us. Premium access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We may change prices for future billing periods; we will notify existing subscribers in advance.
3. License keys
After purchase you receive a license key that unlocks Premium features. Each key is for use by the purchasing individual and can be active on a limited number of browsers at a time; deactivate it in the extension to move it to another browser. You may not share, resell or publish your key. We may deactivate keys that are shared, resold or used abusively.
4. Your AI provider API key
AI features run with your own API key from OpenAI or Google (Gemini). Any usage charges are billed to you by that provider and are not included in your subscription. You are responsible for your provider account and its terms.
5. Acceptable use and LinkedIn
The Extension is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn or Microsoft. You are responsible for how you use it, including compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement and applicable laws (such as anti-spam and data-protection laws). Automation features are used at your own risk; we are not responsible for any restriction or action LinkedIn takes on your account. Do not use the Extension to send spam, harass others or collect data unlawfully.
6. AI-generated content
AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review all generated comments and messages before posting or sending them. You are responsible for content you publish.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Extension available and working, but LinkedIn may change its website in ways that temporarily break features. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Premium, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Extension is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or account access.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate Premium access for breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
