Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee. If LinkedIn AI Assistant Premium isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your payment and you'll get your money back in full — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Full refunds are available for requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase or of a renewal charge, for both monthly and yearly plans.
- Requests made after 14 days are not normally eligible, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
- Email visionscraft.ai@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout (and your order number if you have it), or
- Contact Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, by replying to your receipt email or through your Lemon Squeezy orders.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear. When a refund is issued, the subscription is cancelled and the associated license key is deactivated.
Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel anytime from the extension (License tab → Manage Subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
